Orientation

The reliable first-run order

Set up in this sequence so each later screen has the data it expects.

Install and authenticate

Use the current official release and sign in with the Discord account that has active Radiant access.

Create one complete profile

Fill Personal, Shipping, Billing, and Payment with real details. This profile becomes selectable in Tasks and Raffles.

Add only the site logins you need

A saved login appears in a task only when its store matches the task’s store. Login happens again for each run because task browser sessions are isolated.

Create a Review Mode task

Use a direct link and a low-risk or test product first. Confirm the selected item, size, quantity, address, total, and final button yourself.

Test alerts and read Logs

Test your personal Discord webhook, then run a harmless Demo Mode task or supervised flow to learn the state changes.

First supervised task: exact preflight

Use one low-risk product you can open normally and keep the task window visible. Fill and verify these fields before selecting Play:

FieldFirst-test valueExpected outcome
Task NameTopps test · reviewThe row is easy to identify in Task Command and Logs.
Type / StoreACO / Topps FCFSRadiant selects the intended retailer path.
Product URLThe exact product-page URLThe browser opens that item, not a home, category, or search page.
Quantity1The cart requests one unit, subject to stock and store limits.
ProfileAlex · Home-cardThe review page shows the intended contact, delivery, billing, and card data.
AccountThe saved Topps login, if requiredThe account email matches Site Logins and any OTP reaches you.
SpeedSafeThe first run uses the most conservative pacing preset.
Review ModeOnRadiant pauses for inspection before any supported final action.
ProxyBlankThe baseline run uses your normal connection, so proxy errors cannot confuse the result.

If a proxy is needed, stop after this baseline and repeat the same supervised test with one known endpoint. Compare page loading, sign-in, region, and task messages. Do not start extra orders to test it, and do not retry when the retailer result is uncertain.

01 · Access

Install and sign in

Download the current release for your supported computer, complete the standard installer flow, then launch Radiant.

Authentication

Use your member Discord account

Select Continue with Discord. Approve the browser authorization and return to the app. Radiant verifies membership at sign-in and every 15 minutes while it runs.

Blocked launch

Verify the build

If the operating system or security software blocks the app, stop. Confirm the installer source and checksum or ask Radiant support for a signed, verified build. Do not weaken system security to force it open.

Sign-in loop? Close stale browser authorization tabs, confirm Discord is signed into the intended account, reopen Radiant, and try once more. A “not a member” result needs membership/support review.

02 · Keep current

Check and install updates

Open Settings → General → Updates. The panel shows the installed version and the updater’s current state.

Check for Updates

Radiant reports Up to date, Update available, or an error. Retry network errors before changing your configuration.

Download

When an update is available, select Download and keep Radiant open while it completes.

Install & Restart

Stop active tasks first. Select Install & Restart only when you are ready for the app to close and relaunch.

03 · Navigation

Know the workspace

Hover the left rail to expand it. The main path is Dashboard → Profiles → Site Logins → Tasks. Raffles and Monitors have separate workspaces; Logs and Settings sit at the bottom.

Dashboard summarizes tasks, running and successful counts, profiles, and recent activity.
Active Member confirms the current app session. It does not confirm that a retailer login, proxy, product, or payment method is ready.
No store is certified for a live checkout by this review. The v2.3.5 acceptance work used controlled fixtures and observed retailer pages. It made no real purchases and submitted no open paid drawings.

04 · Checkout data

Profiles: all four tabs

Open Profiles → New Profile. A profile stores the information Radiant uses when a supported checkout or form requests it.

Personal: Profile Label, First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone.
TabFieldsPractical check
PersonalProfile Label, First Name, Last Name, Email, PhoneUse reachable contact details and a label you can distinguish during a drop.
ShippingAddress Line 1/2, City, State, ZIP Code, CountryFormat it as the carrier recognizes it; put apartment, suite, or unit in Line 2 when appropriate.
BillingThe same address fields, plus Same as shippingMatch the card issuer’s address. Use Same as shipping only when true.
PaymentName on Card, Card Number, Exp Month, Exp Year, CVVCheck expiry and cardholder name before a live run.
Shipping uses standard address components and supports Address Line 2.

Put each part of the address in the field that carries it

A checkout form is easiest to verify when it matches a normal shipping label. For the fictional address 123 Example Street, Apartment 4B, a clean US profile is:

Profile fieldEnterWhy
Address Line 1123 EXAMPLE STThe house number and street belong together. ST is the standard form of Street.
Address Line 2APT 4BThe apartment is a real secondary unit, kept out of the street line.
CityEXAMPLEVILLEUse the locality recognized for delivery.
StateNYUse the two-letter state abbreviation.
ZIP Code10001Keep the actual ZIP, including a legitimate leading zero when the real ZIP has one.
CountryUSEnter the country code in the Country field, not in an address line.

Common suffixes include Street → ST, Avenue → AVE, Road → RD, Boulevard → BLVD, Lane → LN, and Drive → DR. These are ordinary postal abbreviations. They do not make a second delivery address. Likewise, 35 and 035 are not interchangeable unless the official address actually includes the leading zero.

Accuracy limit: formatting a legitimate address can improve delivery and reduce form errors, but arbitrary unit numbers, extra characters, or number variations can misroute a parcel and do not guarantee another order or entry. Retailer limits still apply under that retailer’s rules.

See USPS Publication 28 for secondary-address placement and its standard street-suffix abbreviations.

Two complete profile recipes

These examples use the same fictional customer for two legitimate purposes. The labels make selection clear; they do not represent two people or create extra eligibility.

Office delivery with home billing: Shipping says where the parcel should go. Billing must match what the card issuer has on file. Do not copy an office address into Billing simply because it is the delivery destination.

Selection

Choose the profile explicitly

A Task cannot start without its selected profile. Set Active only marks the profile card; it does not auto-select that profile in a new Task. In Raffles, a blank Profile selection falls back to the first saved profile, which may not be the active one.

Export

Know what leaves the app

Profile Export intentionally omits payment data. The current Profiles page has no Import button, so do not plan a workflow around profile import from the UI.

05 · Inbox planning

Email routing you can verify

Aliases can sort retailer mail into one inbox, but an alias is only a delivery route. It does not create another Google sign-in, retailer identity, or purchase entitlement, and Radiant does not generate aliases automatically.

Personal Gmail

Dots and plus tags

For a personal Gmail address, mail to yourname@gmail.com and your.name@gmail.com normally reaches the same inbox. A plus tag such as yourname+topps@gmail.com also reaches that inbox and can help with filters. Sign in to Google with the original account address. Dot behavior can differ for work, school, and custom-domain accounts, so test rather than assume.

Google: dots in Gmail addresses →

Domain you own

Catch-all or routed recipients

A domain mail service can route addresses such as topps@yourdomain.example and kith@yourdomain.example to one verified destination inbox. Explicit aliases are easier to audit; a catch-all accepts any otherwise unmatched recipient. Use the exact setup steps from your mail host.

Cloudflare example: route emails →

Set up and prove a domain route

  1. Use a domain you own and choose the mail-routing provider that will handle it.
  2. Add the real destination inbox and complete its verification message.
  3. Apply the provider’s required MX records carefully. Check for existing mail service first, because replacing its MX records can interrupt current email.
  4. Create explicit recipients such as topps@yourdomain.example and kith@yourdomain.example, or enable a catch-all if you need unmatched names to forward.
  5. Send from a different mailbox, confirm delivery in the intended inbox, check Spam, and test a time-sensitive verification message before use.
  6. If you need outbound mail from that address, configure and verify a separate “Send mail as” identity. Receiving a route does not automatically provide outbound sending.

Google documents adding another address under “Send mail as”: send emails from a different address or alias.

Radiant fieldUse this valueExample
Site Logins → EmailThe exact email registered on that retailer accountyourname+topps@gmail.com if that is the Topps account login
Profile → Personal → EmailThe reachable address intended for that order’s messagestopps@yourdomain.example after its route is tested
Keep the mapping explicit. A saved login controls account sign-in; a profile email is checkout contact data. They may be the same, but Radiant does not infer, invent, or synchronize one from the other.

06 · Retail accounts

Site Logins and pre-login

Open Site Logins → Saved Accounts → Add Account. Choose Store, optional Label, Email, and Password, then select Add Account.

Saved Accounts are separate from Browse Stores. A task filters accounts to its selected store.

In a task

Select Account, then check Pre-login

The Account control appears only after Radiant finds a saved account with the same store ID. Selecting an account enables Pre-login before task starts automatically; you can turn it off. In Raffles, the Site Login list is not store-filtered, so choose the correct account deliberately.

Every run

Expect a fresh session

Each task run uses a unique, non-persistent browser session. Cookies and prior retailer sign-ins do not carry across runs, so pre-login is performed again when enabled.

The Browse Stores tab opens retailer websites; it does not create an account or verify saved credentials. Stay available for email or SMS codes, account verification, consent screens, queues, and CAPTCHA. Radiant does not bypass those checks.

07 · Network

Proxy setup without guesswork

Have a list from Oculus or another provider? Copy the whole list into Radiant—there’s no need to split the username and password into separate fields. You can also use one proxy, or leave proxies off when your normal connection works well.

Copy → paste → select · v2.3.6+

Import your Oculus list

  1. In your provider dashboard, copy the plain-text proxy list with one proxy per line. The usual host:port:username:password format works as supplied.
  2. In Radiant, open Tasks → New Task (or edit a task). In the Proxy card, choose Import Proxy List.
  3. Give the pool a name you’ll recognize, such as Oculus ISP · US. Paste the whole list into the multiline field and select Save Pool.
  4. Radiant detects each supported format automatically, skips empty lines and duplicates, and shows the saved proxy count. If a row needs fixing, it gives you the line number; nothing is saved until the list is valid.
  5. The new pool is selected for the open task. Choose that same named pool on any other task that should use it, then save the task.
  6. Run one supervised test before the release. A successful import confirms the format—not whether the proxy is online, authenticated, or accepted by that store.
192.0.2.10:8000:YOUR_USERNAME:YOUR_PASSWORD192.0.2.11:8000:YOUR_USERNAME:YOUR_PASSWORD

These are non-working examples. Paste your provider’s actual values, one line per proxy, without headings, bullets, or quotes. Keep the list private.

One connection throughout each run. A saved pool supplies one endpoint when a task starts, moving through the list in order for subsequent starts. It does not swap proxies during checkout or automatically retry with another proxy. Rotation starts over when Radiant restarts. Invalid configuration stops the run; it never silently falls back to your direct connection.
host:porthost:port:username:passwordscheme://username:password@host:portscheme://host:port
Authenticated SOCKS is not supported by Chromium. Unauthenticated socks, socks4, and socks5 endpoints are accepted. Use HTTP or HTTPS when the proxy requires a username and password.

The same importer is available in Raffles → Add Raffle, and saved pools are shared with Tasks. To change an existing raffle’s proxy assignment, edit its task in Task Command.

For one endpoint, choose Single proxy and paste that line. Choose No proxy to use your normal connection. IPv6 hosts must be bracketed. Radiant recognizes the formats above; it does not import arbitrary spreadsheet columns or infer whether your plan is ISP or residential.

Before a drop

Verify the endpoint

  • Test that the host and port connect.
  • Confirm the provider shows the expected country/region.
  • Open the target retailer and sign in if needed.
  • Confirm HTTPS pages load without certificate errors.

Choose for stability

Use a clean, consistent connection

No proxy category is automatically “best.” Retailers may reject datacenter, VPN, or unstable IP ranges, and a residential label does not guarantee quality. Prefer the simplest connection that reliably reaches the retailer.

Privacy: the proxy provider can observe connection metadata and may handle traffic to destinations you visit. Use a trusted provider, never paste proxy credentials into support screenshots or logs, and rotate exposed credentials.

proxy.example, port 8000, and the credentials above are placeholders. For Single proxy, replace all four parts with one endpoint from your provider. For a complete list, use Import Proxy List instead.

08 · Core setup

Create a task

Open Tasks → New Task. The form is long because it combines product targeting, checkout data, pacing, login, and safety controls.

New Task layout. The proxy importer added in v2.3.6 is explained above; older screenshots may show the single-proxy field. Review Mode and Demo Mode cannot be enabled together.
FieldHow to fill it
Task NameA unique operational label: store, product, size, and intent, such as “Kith Samba 10 · review.”
TypeACO (Autocheckout), ATC (Add to Cart Only), Raffle Entry, Autofill Only, or Custom.
StoreSelect the matching retailer so Radiant chooses the correct adapter and saved accounts.
Product URLPaste a full HTTP(S) product page. It overrides keyword search and is usually the clearest target.
KeywordsComma-separated positive terms. On Shopify listings, any one positive term can match, so use a direct URL or narrow terms.
Exclude KeywordsReject mismatches such as a different audience, edition, or product line.
SizeEnter one or more exact size preferences in order, separated by commas: 10, 10.5, M. An explicitly requested unavailable size is not silently replaced.
Quantity1–10 in the UI, still subject to retailer limits and available stock. Start at 1.
ProfileRequired for normal task creation. Verify the selected person and payment method.
Account / Pre-loginShown when a saved login matches the store. Pre-login authenticates during that run.
Speed ModeSafe, Fast, or Turbo pacing. Store recommendations are hints, not promises.
Review ModeStops before the final order action for your inspection.
Demo ModeSimulates the successful workflow without making a purchase. It turns Review Mode off.
Discount CodeOptional Shopify discount input; confirm acceptance in the checkout.
ProxyChoose No proxy, Single proxy, or a saved pool. Import a provider list from this card and test the connection beforehand.

Direct links, keywords, and sizes

Prefer a direct product page when you have it. Check that it resolves to the intended country and product. Without a direct URL, keyword search is mapped only for Kith, Shoe Palace, Finish Line, Foot Locker, Champs, JD Sports, Costco, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Pokémon Center, US Mint, Nike/SNKRS, Supreme, Travis Scott, A Ma Manière, and APB Store. RunFair, EQL, Topps, Scotty Cameron, and Custom need a direct URL for normal Tasks.

On Shopify listing pages, any positive keyword can match and the first qualifying result wins; every Exclude Keyword blocks a result that contains it. Use a direct product URL or specific terms to avoid a near match. Exact size matching keeps 10 from silently becoming 10.5, and comma-separated sizes are tried in order. The current Task form has no Color field.

09 · Control

Modes and task states

Safe

600–1200 ms

Conservative pacing. Start here for an unfamiliar site or when stability matters most.

Fast

200–600 ms

Reduced pauses. Test the exact store and flow before a live release.

Turbo

50–200 ms

Aggressive pacing with more risk of errors, throttling, or challenges. It is not automatically more successful.

Use each row’s state and message—not the color alone—to decide what to do.
IdleReady to start.
RunningActive in its task window.
WaitingWaiting for product availability.
CaptchaNeeds you to solve the retailer challenge.
ReviewCart or checkout needs your inspection and action.
SuccessRadiant reached its success condition; confirm the retailer result.
FailedThe run stopped with an error; open Logs.
StoppedYou or the app ended the run.
ATC proof differs by store. Shopify can verify the selected variant through its cart data. On other adapters, Radiant may hand the cart window to you for confirmation. A click, changed URL, checkout button, or old cart count alone is not proof that the requested item was added.
Global Delays do not change a task in v2.3.6. Checkout Delay, Typing Speed, Humanize Mouse Movement, and Default Speed Mode are stored settings, but the task engine uses the Safe/Fast/Turbo choice saved on each Task.

10 · Retailers

Store playbook

“Adapter available” means Radiant has store-specific or general automation code. It does not certify that every current product, layout, queue, login, size, cart, or checkout path works today.

Shopify · Kith and Shoe Palace Best-supported cart proof

Use a direct product page, the correct store preset, and the retailer’s visible size label. A selected-variant Shopify cart response can provide stronger cart verification. A checkout may still introduce queues, Shop Pay, CAPTCHA, inventory changes, or manual payment review.

Run a Shopify task

  1. Create a complete profile and, when required, a Site Login saved under the exact store.
  2. Open Tasks → New Task; choose ACO or ATC and the matching Shopify store preset.
  3. Paste the exact product URL—not a collection or home page—then enter exact size preferences and quantity.
  4. Select the profile and account explicitly, use Safe speed and Review Mode, and add only a tested proxy if needed.
  5. Start one task and supervise any queue, CAPTCHA, login, or Shop Pay handoff.
  6. In Review, verify product, variant, quantity, address, total, and any discount before the final action. Confirm the retailer result; if submission is uncertain, check the account or email before retrying.
Topps FCFS Shop Pay handoff

Use Topps FCFS for first-come products on topps.com, not EQL draws on launches.topps.com. Shop Pay payment and final submission are manual review steps.

Run a Topps FCFS task

  1. Create a complete profile and save the authorized Topps account under Site Logins when sign-in is required.
  2. Open Tasks → New Task; choose ACO and Topps FCFS.
  3. Paste the exact product URL—not a category, collection, or launch hub—and set the allowed quantity.
  4. Select the profile and matching account explicitly, enable Review Mode, start with Safe speed, and use only a tested proxy if needed.
  5. Start one task and supervise sign-in, verification, inventory, and cart messages.
  6. At the Shop Pay handoff, verify the item, quantity, shipping, payment, and total, then perform the final action yourself.
  7. Verify the Topps order page or confirmation email. If the result is uncertain, do not immediately resubmit.
Nike / SNKRS Account + human checks

Add the matching Nike Site Login, select it in the task, and use Pre-login when appropriate. Expect account, queue, verification, CAPTCHA, or checkout handoffs. Enter the size exactly as Nike displays it and stay present for any prompt.

Foot Locker and Champs Sports Shared platform family

Select the exact store preset even when sites share a platform family. Use a direct product URL, exact size, and a saved login when needed. Start conservatively and watch for queue or account verification rather than assuming the shared adapter makes both sites identical.

Finish Line and JD Sports Dedicated adapters

Each preset routes to its own adapter. Use a direct product URL, exact size preferences, and Review Mode first. The adapter and routing tests are not a current live-checkout certification.

Travis Scott, A Ma Manière, APB Store, and Supreme Shopify paths

These presets route through the shared Shopify path; current Supreme traffic on us.supreme.com does too. Direct product URLs and exact size labels are the safest inputs. Controlled Supreme evidence confirms page handling, not a completed purchase.

Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Costco, Pokémon Center, and US Mint Adapter targets

These are adapter targets, not universal live certifications. Retailer pages, inventory signals, accounts, membership requirements, queues, delivery choices, cart state, and checkout controls can change. Use Review Mode and validate the selected item, quantity, fulfillment method, price, and account in the browser window.

Pokémon Center currently routes through the Shopify adapter. Controlled Pokémon Center and Costco evidence demonstrates block detection, not checkout. Costco may require a membership/session; Best Buy can fail on blocked network routes. US Mint has a dedicated adapter without current live checkout evidence.

RunFair, EQL / Topps Draws, and Scotty Cameron Raffle or generic paths

These presets do not have a certified normal checkout path. Use a direct draw URL from the Raffles page. EQL and Topps paid-draw pages force a member handoff; cross-origin embedded forms may require fully manual completion. Normal RunFair and Scotty Cameron Tasks use the general adapter.

Custom / other stores Best-effort adapter

Custom tasks require a full HTTP(S) direct link because no store search is configured. Use Review Mode first. Autofill Only and Custom have no separate execution branches in v2.3.6. ATC-only is rejected on an unrecognized storefront, and the general adapter cannot be assumed to understand a retailer-specific cart or final order state.

11 · Entries

Raffles and drawings

Open Raffles → Add Raffle. Enter Name and a direct Raffle URL, choose Store, explicitly select Profile, and optionally add Size, Site Login, and Proxy. Review before submitting is enabled by default and is the right starting point. A blank Profile falls back to the first stored profile, not necessarily the active one.

Raffle states include Idle, Running, Entered, Failed, and Review Needed.

Walmart drawings

Enter one supervised drawing

  1. Read the current rules and copy the exact drawing product URL, not a collection or drawing hub.
  2. Create a complete profile and save the authorized Walmart account if the drawing requires sign-in.
  3. Open Raffles → Add Raffle; choose Walmart, then explicitly select the profile, correct Site Login, size when offered, and optional tested proxy.
  4. Keep Review enabled and start one entry so its login, OTP, consent, and payment prompts remain easy to supervise.
  5. At the forced handoff, verify the product, quantity, address, payment method, and selection commitment before the final action.
  6. Verify a new retailer confirmation. If the result is uncertain, check the Walmart account or email and do not resubmit blindly.
Read Walmart’s Drawing Rules and FAQs →

Topps EQL

Enter one supervised launch

  1. Read the launch terms and copy the exact EQL product URL, not the general launches hub.
  2. Create a complete profile and save the authorized EQL launch account when sign-in is required; it may differ from a Topps FCFS account.
  3. Open Raffles → Add Raffle; choose EQL or Topps Draws, then explicitly select the profile, correct Site Login, size when offered, and optional tested proxy.
  4. Keep Review enabled and start one entry. Supervise login, OTP, embedded forms, legal consent, and payment prompts.
  5. At the forced handoff, verify the product, quantity, address, payment terms, and whether selection charges automatically or invites later payment.
  6. Perform the highlighted final action and verify a new retailer confirmation. If uncertain, check the account or email and do not resubmit blindly.
Read the Topps EQL FAQ →
Limits vary by launch. Never assume a universal per-household rule. Follow the specific retailer’s current terms. Do not create false profiles, altered identities, or unauthorized accounts to multiply entries.
Paid drawings always require your final review. Walmart drawing URLs and Topps/EQL launch hosts force a handoff even if Review is switched off. Radiant also hands off whenever payment fields or required legal consent appear. Check the address, payment method, quantity, and official rules, then perform the highlighted final action yourself.
Radiant fills supported top-page and same-origin fields, but cross-origin Typeform, Gleam, or EQL embeds may require manual completion. Closing or completing a handoff does not automatically mark the raffle Entered; Radiant needs new confirmation evidence from that run and will not resubmit after an uncertain submission.

12 · Watch

Monitors: alerts versus verified stock

Open Monitors → New Monitor. Add a name, HTTP(S) URL, interval from 5–300 seconds, optional keywords, notification choices, and any linked tasks.

A monitor can notify by desktop and webhook and link to existing tasks.

Verified Shopify stock

May start linked tasks

Only a verified Shopify stock transition can automatically start linked tasks that are Idle or Waiting. The checkout engine still checks size preferences and may require review.

Page or keyword change

Alert only

A generic page change or keyword appearance is not stock proof. Radiant sends the configured notification but does not auto-start a linked task from that signal alone.

Completed tasks remain stopped. Use a respectful interval: shorter polling increases traffic and can trigger throttling without making a retailer update sooner.
Auto-start needs a confirmed transition. The first in-stock Shopify observation only establishes the starting state. A later out-of-stock to in-stock change may start linked Idle or Waiting Tasks, with a 90-second cooldown. Generic page or keyword changes remain alert-only.

13 · Alerts

Personal webhooks and admin telemetry

Open Settings → Webhooks. Paste a Discord Webhook URL, select Test, choose event toggles, then select Save Settings.

Personal webhook controls: Discord Webhook URL, Test, Success Events, Failure Events, and Monitor Hits.

Your webhook

Member-selected notifications

Your URL receives the Success, Failure, and Monitor events you enable. The URL is a secret: anyone with it may be able to post to that Discord channel.

Radiant admin reporting

Separate service path

Administrative task telemetry is sent through the authenticated Radiant backend and is not configured with an Admin Webhook field in the member UI. Your personal webhook does not replace or control that service path.

Test resultMeaning
SuccessDiscord accepted the test message.
401The token is invalid; copy a fresh webhook URL.
404The webhook no longer exists or the URL is wrong.
429Discord rate-limited the request; wait, then retry once.
Network errorCheck connectivity, firewall, and system time.

14 · Evidence

Use Logs before changing settings

Logs record timestamped task and application events. They are the best place to separate a bad URL, out-of-stock item, login prompt, proxy failure, unsupported field, or retailer change.

  • Filter by level or source when the page is busy.
  • Match the time and task label to the run you are diagnosing.
  • Export a copy before clearing when support needs the sequence.
  • Redact names, emails, addresses, tokens, and proxy credentials before sharing.
A task row shows the latest message; Logs preserve more of the event sequence. Read both before retrying repeatedly.

15 · Resale workspace

eBay Studio, briefly

eBay Studio is a separate listing and order workspace. Use it after checkout tasks, not as part of the live retail checkout path.

Bring items in

Imports & Candidates

Connect supported email imports or create product candidates, then verify extracted product facts and image rights.

Prepare

Drafts & Product Lookup

Review title, category, condition, item specifics, photos, pricing, fees, shipping, and cost basis before publishing.

Operate

Listings & Orders

Connect the intended eBay environment/account, confirm the production warning, then monitor published listings and order states.

Always verify live eBay actions. A generated draft, imported order, market lookup, or retailer image suggestion can be incomplete. You remain responsible for listing accuracy, image rights, policies, fees, inventory, and fulfillment.

16 · Data care

Protect account and checkout data

Radiant stores sensitive operational data on your device and uses it in retailer task windows. Treat the computer account and any exported support material as sensitive.

  • Use a locked operating-system user account and current system updates.
  • Use unique retailer passwords and enable retailer MFA where available.
  • Do not share profile screens, card fields, Site Login values, webhook URLs, or proxy credentials.
  • Remove old profiles and saved logins you no longer use.
  • Review the retailer page before any final purchase, drawing entry, or listing publication.

17 · Diagnose

A decision tree for failed runs

App will not sign in

Confirm internet access and the intended Discord account, retry the browser authorization once, then contact support if membership verification still fails.

Task will not start

Confirm Profile is selected, Store is set, and Product URL is a full HTTP(S) URL or valid keywords are present. Custom requires a direct link.

Page will not load

Open the URL outside Radiant. If it works there, remove the proxy and retry. If no proxy works but the configured one fails, verify its format, endpoint, region, and credentials.

Login or OTP appears

Complete it in the task window. Confirm the Site Login matches the selected store. Remember that every task run starts a fresh session.

Product not found

Use the direct product page. Otherwise narrow Keywords, remove conflicting Exclude Keywords, and confirm the chosen store supports search.

Wrong item or variant

Stop the task. Recheck the direct link, keywords, excludes, exact size label, and retailer region. The current Task form has no Color field. Run in Review Mode.

Cart needs review

Inspect product, variant, quantity, fulfillment, price, and subtotal. On non-Shopify adapters, this human check may be the expected completion path.

CAPTCHA or queue

Complete the retailer’s challenge or wait in the visible window. Do not restart repeatedly or attempt to bypass the control.

Webhook fails

Run Test and use the HTTP status table above. Replace invalid or deleted URLs; wait after a 429.

Still unclear

Stop the run, open Logs, export the relevant sequence, redact personal data and secrets, and send the evidence to Radiant support.

Bugs & troubleshooting

Show us where it stopped

  • Your Radiant version and Windows or macOS version.
  • Store, exact product URL, task type, and whether Review or Demo was enabled.
  • The steps you took, what you expected, and the status or error you actually saw.
  • The time of the attempt, including time zone, plus a cropped screenshot or relevant exported Logs.
  • Whether you used a direct connection or a proxy; provider and proxy type are enough.

Ideas & release requests

Tell us what you want to run

  • The store and exact product or launch URL.
  • Release date, time zone, country, and whether it’s FCFS, a draw, or a raffle.
  • The step you need help with: finding the item, selecting a variant, carting, login, checkout, or entry.
  • For feedback, describe the part that feels awkward and how you’d like it to work.

Send release requests ahead of launch when possible. The team can review the flow and explain support limits; a request does not guarantee a module or checkout by release time.

Example ticket

A useful report can be short

“Radiant v[version], Windows 11. On [store] with [product URL], I created one ATC task in Safe mode using a direct connection. At [time + time zone], the task reached [status], but the cart stayed empty. I expected one [size/variant]. Attached: the relevant log lines and a cropped screenshot.”

Before attaching anything: remove passwords, card details, addresses, proxy credentials, webhook URLs, and login or verification codes. Keep the task status and error message visible. If an order or entry result is unclear, check the retailer account before retrying.

Drop-day checklist

30–60 minutes before

  • Install any pending Radiant update, then reopen the app.
  • Verify Active Member on Dashboard.
  • Confirm the profile and card expiry.
  • Open direct product links and confirm the store/region.
  • Test any proxy and personal webhook.
  • Start early only when the store’s flow calls for pre-login or waiting.

At launch

  • Keep Radiant and task windows visible.
  • Start the intended task, or Start All only after reviewing every row.
  • Respond to login, OTP, CAPTCHA, queue, or Review states.
  • Before the final click, verify item, size, quantity, address, shipping, taxes, discounts, and total.
  • Confirm the retailer’s order/entry result and save its confirmation.
  • Read Logs before retrying a failed run.
Ready means observable. You know which profile, account, network route, product, mode, and human handoff the task will use—and you are available to verify the retailer’s final state.
